Job Title: Terminal Operation Specialist
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Work Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Full-time)
Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with DSPs to allocate routes and adjust zip codes
Coordinate with departments such as Quality Control, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve issues
Analyze and resolve operational anomalies and optimize workflows
Assist in managing terminal operation processes to ensure efficient and stable operations
Qualifications:
Prior experience in transportation or logistics preferred
Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and fast learner
Proficient in computer operations
Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
