Title: PLM Teamcenter Developer

We are seeking an experienced PLM Teamcenter Developer to support enterprise-level PLM initiatives and enhance engineering application environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Teamcenter development, customization, and system integration while working closely with cross-functional engineering and business teams.

This role requires a highly motivated professional with strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities who can thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Teamcenter solutions to support business and engineering operations.
Develop and enhance Teamcenter ITK customizations, workflows, integrations, and backend functionalities.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Support and enhance Teamcenter modules including Structure Management, Configuration Management, Workflow Management, and Active Workspace.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions for production incidents.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve PLM processes and system performance.
Participate in deployment, testing, code reviews, and release management activities.
Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
Support multi-tier Teamcenter architecture environments and system integrations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical guidance when required.

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience with Teamcenter Unified Architecture and Teamcenter customization/development.
Hands-on experience with Teamcenter ITK, SOA, Active Workspace (AWC), and BMIDE.
Experience with NX Manager, Product Structure Management, Workflow Management, and Configuration Management.
Knowledge of 2-Tier, 4-Tier architecture, Dispatcher, and Teamcenter integrations.
Strong programming experience with Java, C++, Perl, and Shell scripting.
Experience with GitHub, Visual Studio, Linux, Windows, and MS Office tools.
Strong debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Teamcenter Administration experience.
Exposure to NX customization/development is a plus.
Experience supporting enterprise PLM environments within engineering organizations.
