Technical Developer

We're looking for an experienced Technical Developer to support enhancements and development of the MetaVance healthcare platform. This role focuses on claims processing, benefits configuration, and pricing functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance MetaVance components (Claims, Benefits, Pricing)
Build solutions using CA:GEN, Guardien, and Report Composer
Perform technical analysis and data handling using Oracle SQL
Support batch & online processing
Collaborate with stakeholders and recommend system improvements

Must-Have Skills:
MetaVance (Claims, Benefits, Pricing)
CA:GEN (APIs, Guardien, Report Composer)
Oracle SQL
Healthcare Claims Processing
7+ years relevant experience

Bonus:
Experience in healthcare consulting or business design
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
