About the job Workday Finance Implementation Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials, driving transformation across Finance, Procurement, and IT functions. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and design to deployment and post-go-live support—while ensuring successful adoption and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle Workday Finance implementation
Manage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional teams
Oversee modules like Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses & Reporting
Drive data migration, testing (UAT), and deployment activities
Manage risks, stakeholders, and vendor relationships
Required Skills:
7+ years of ERP Project Management experience
Hands-on Workday Financials implementation (2+ full lifecycle projects)
Strong knowledge of Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)
Experience with Agile, Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Nice to Have:
Workday Certification / PMP / Agile
Experience with integrations (EIB, Studio, Prism)
Background in Finance or Energy domain
