Top Requirements:

• End-to-end experience with requirements management tools(Jama, Codebeamer, IBM DOORS).
• Ideal candidate: Hands-on experience with Codebeamer, including administration, workflows, and data modeling.
• API skills for configuring tools, managing data, and integrating systems.
• Experience with ReqIF / requirements data exchange(import/export).
• High-level data modeling and business analysis skills.
• 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) / ALM-PLM integrations exposure nice to have.

Proven ability to analyze and document data flows across systems.

Candidate DOESN'T need to have codebeamer experience directly just any requirement management system like Jama, IBM Door.
Seeking a hybrid resource candidate to support a major North American project transitioning requirements management tools. The core skill is end-to-end experience with requirements management tools, with a strong preference for Codebeamer, complemented by API and data integration skills to configure, transfer, and manage requirements data.

Key Responsibilities
Manage requirements tools end-to-end: configuration, workflows, data modeling, and administration.
Support migration of requirements data from existing tools (e.g., Jama, Teamcenter) to Codebeamer.
Perform high-level data modeling and business analysis to understand requirements structures and workflows.
Analyze, document, and implement data flows between systems.
Design, build, and maintain APIs to enable data transfer, import/export, and ReqIF exchanges.
Assist in tool replacement and integration efforts, ensuring seamless data transition and mapping.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
End-to-end experience with requirements management tools (Jama, Codebeamer, IBM DOORS, or similar).

Experience with 3DX domain.
Familiarity with Fedi Workbench or other requirements tooling.
Broad exposure to other requirements management tools.

Current tools in use: Jama, Teamcenter, Fedi Workbench (for requirements).
Target tool: Codebeamer (ideally with deep hands-on experience).
