FPGA Engineers

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring FPGA Engineers in Bloomington, MN. This role focuses on designing and building FPGA solutions for network cards, handling traffic/data processing, and contributing to defense projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Define FPGA architecture, design, and simulation
• Evaluate process flow (design, synthesis, timing, power)
• Create and verify test/simulation plans
• Support FPGA development life cycle with tools and standards
• Collaborate with teams and provide guidance to junior staff

Must‑Have Skills

• US Citizenship (government requirement)
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance (active preferred)
• Bachelor's in STEM + 5 yrs exp OR Master's + 3 yrs exp
• Strong FPGA experience with System Verilog
• Networking (Ethernet, packet processing) a plus
• UVM desirable; Microchip Polarfire experience a plus
