Data Analyst

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Data Analyst in Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week). The role involves supporting agile delivery, tracking KPIs, building dashboards, and enabling automation/self‑service impact. Candidates should have 2–4 years of analytics/ops experience (or MBA), strong Excel/Power BI skills, hands‑on agentic tools exposure, and interest in GenAI & automation.

Key Responsibilities:

– Support agile ceremonies & delivery tracking

– Define & monitor KPIs (ticket deflection, adoption, resolution time, cost

savings)

– Build dashboards/reports in Excel/Power BI

– Translate technical work into executive‑ready outputs

– Identify workflow gaps & propose automation improvements

Required Skills:

– MBA (Analytics/Tech/AI) OR 2–4 yrs in Consulting/Analytics/Ops

– Strong Excel; Power BI/Tableau preferred

– Hands‑on agentic tools experience

– Strong communication & problem‑solving skills

– Interest in GenAI, automation, digital transformation
