Location: Whitehaven, Cumbria (The Lake District)

Position: Permanent Small Animal Vet (6th Vet to join the team!)

Salary: £39,000 - £65,000 DOE + Review after 6 months

The Work-Life Balance You've Been Dreaming Of

Forget the standard 9-to-7 grind. Our client offers a refreshingly flexible rota:

4-Day Week: With a fixed day off every week.

Early Finishes: Only one late finish (6:30pm) per week. The other days you're done by 4:30pm, 5:30pm, or 6:00pm!

OOH with a Difference: 1:5 on-call rota, but the RVNs take the phones. You only head in when it's truly needed.

Recovery Time: Work a 3-day week following your weekend on call!

Holiday: A massive 6.6 weeks including bank holidays.
