Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon with a strong interest in surgery and diagnostic imaging. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team, playing a vital role in the practice's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of veterinary experience and a passion for improving animal welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality veterinary care, particularly in medicine and imaging.
  • Perform surgeries, including complex procedures, with a focus on precision and patient welfare.
  • Conduct diagnostic imaging, including X-rays, ultrasounds, and other diagnostic methods.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring accurate and timely diagnoses.
  • Work closely with the practice's multi-disciplinary team to develop treatment plans and ensure optimal patient care.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, offering advice and guidance on treatment options.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in veterinary medicine and surgery.

About You:

  • A qualified Veterinary Surgeon with at least 5 years of experience.
  • An interest in surgery and imaging.
  • A passion for providing excellent patient care and client service.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • RCVS registered (or eligibility to register).
