About the job Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our supportive and dedicated team in West London. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, with both full and part-time opportunities available, and a 1-in-3 Saturday rotation, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic. Our team includes 4 Vets, 2 RVNs, 1 SVN, 2 VCAs, 3 Receptionists, and 1 Practice Administrator, creating a collaborative environment where patient care and team support are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to all patients and assist the veterinary team during surgical and non-surgical procedures.
- Monitor anesthesia and support recovery care.
- Handle client communication and educate pet owners on post-treatment care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support junior nursing staff.
