Lead Veterinary Surgeon | West Riding of Yorkshire

As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will take the lead in providing exceptional care to our patients, working closely with a newly appointed Practice Manager, Head RVN, and a highly experienced nursing team. Your expertise will help drive the high standards of clinical care and contribute to the growth and success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the veterinary team, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical excellence
• Perform routine and complex surgeries and medical procedures
• Provide leadership and support to junior vets and nursing staff
• Foster a positive and collaborative environment within the practice
• Maintain and develop client relationships to ensure the continued success of the practice

Skills and Experience:

• RCVS registered veterinary surgeon
• Proven experience in a senior clinical role, with strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for veterinary care
• Ability to mentor and inspire colleagues, maintaining a positive and professional working environment

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Salary up to £90,000
• 4 weekdays per week
