Our client, a well-established veterinary practice in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team.

As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of veterinary professionals while maintaining exceptional standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of veterinarians and support staff, ensuring excellent patient care and smooth practice opeArations.
- Provide high-quality veterinary care across a varied caseload, including consultations, surgeries, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and compassionate care.
- Support and mentor junior team members, helping to develop their skills and confidence.
- Contribute to the overall strategy of the practice and help shape the future direction of the clinical team.
Benefits:
- Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per year (depending on experience).
