Salary: Up to £80,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the veterinary team in the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
  • Perform surgeries and consultations, diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and offer guidance on treatment options.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, providing leadership and advice where needed.
  • Ensure practice procedures are followed to maintain the highest standards of patient care.

About You:

  • RCVS Registered Veterinary Surgeon with substantial experience in clinical practice.
  • Passionate about providing gold-standard care and developing strong client relationships.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to guide a team of vets and support staff.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest veterinary practices.
