Locum Vet Surgeon

Were seeking an experienced Locum Vet Surgeon to join a friendly and well-equipped small animal practice on an ongoing basis.

Key Details:

• Start Date: Ongoing / ASAP start

• Hours: 4 or 5 days per week

• Weekends: 1 in 5 weekends (with Monday and Friday off the following week, rota dependent)

• Out of Hours: None Vets Now handle OOH from 9pm weekdays and 5pm weekends

• Accommodation: Available if required

About the Role:
You'll be working within a supportive team of vets, nurses, and support staff in a busy but well-organised environment. The ideal candidate will be confident with both medical and surgical cases, capable of working independently while also being a team player.

Requirements:

• RCVS registration (essential)

• Proven experience in small animal first-opinion practice

• Competence in routine surgery and consultations

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Availability for ongoing work
