Responsibilities:

  • Daily Account Operations: Facilitate account processes, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.
  • Project Leadership: Manage small- to mid-sized projects independently in a dynamic environment from initiation to completion.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a primary client contact for designated projects, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Deliverable Ownership: Contribute to and oversee agency outputs, including brand and communication strategies, tactical executions, and final products.
  • Presentations: Develop and present agency insights and strategies to clients, showcasing clear points of view.
  • Account Logistics: Oversee support functions such as budgeting, billing, timelines, legal compliance, and status tracking.
  • Strategic Insight: Provide strategic recommendations, ensuring solutions are proactive and aligned with client objectives.
  • Market Awareness: Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and business trends to inform and guide team strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Positive, adaptable, and capable of supporting complex projects across various platforms
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • Driven, curious, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables), Keynote, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Basecamp and Google Analytics is a plus

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000
