Position Overview
This position offers exceptional flexibility, with full-time and part-time remote work options. As a Remote Therapist, you will be critical in delivering mental health services through individual and group counseling, collaborating with human services providers, and contributing to the organization's community engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:
- Individual counseling sessions can be conducted remotely via the Doxy platform.
- Facilitate remote group therapy sessions using established therapeutic models.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure seamless client check-ins and accurate billing processes.
- Review weekly productivity reports, identify performance gaps, and implement modifications as needed.
- Provide weekly written and verbal reports to the Clinical Director, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
- A licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical professional counselor (LCPC) is required.
- Must be licensed and based in Illinois due to state regulations.
- Strong ability to accept and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to working with youth in the human services field.
