Our client, a global leader in the transport and logistics sector, is seeking a passionate Chinese Client Account Manager - DRC for their subsidiary in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

As part of their expansion, they are looking for someone who demonstrates a strong commercial orientation and the ability to establish lasting relationships with clients. Deep expertise in sales within the logistics sector is essential, along with fluency in French or English and Mandarin.

Missions & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Develop and manage the commercial aspect with clients.

  • Establish and maintain relationships within the Chinese network.

  • Identify market opportunities and enhance the logistics side.

  • Understand products and logistics processes.

  • Analyze market trends to anticipate client needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal customer service.

Profile Required:

  • Relevant experience in sales.

  • Strong understanding of international relations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (professional demeanor with clients).

  • Good ability to listen and understand the market for development ideally in logistics

  • Proficiency in English or French, and Mandarin.
