Technical Trainer

In this role, with your passion for developing others, you will deliver a defined curriculum program for early career technical hires on their journey to become skilled Microsoft O365 professionals. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver defined curriculum of a technical education program focusing on Microsoft O365
  • Administer tasks such as schedule sessions, register participants and instructor resources
  • Ensure consistent program experience for all learners globally through defined curriculum, milestones, and interactions
  • Develop and document workflows and processes
  • Ensure conducive learning environment and facilities

TECHNICAL TRAINING FUNCTION

  • Planning of training and communication of large technical rollouts.
  • Deliver remote and classroom-based training.
  • Work with the Delivery managers/technical Leads to coordinate training needs for their Gigworkers
  • Work in collaboration team to plan, track, and update tasks related to training and communication of large technical rollouts.
  • Onboard, train and collaborate with Gigworkers

DESIGN TRAINING CONTENT

  • Prepare, develop, plan, and organize course materials (including handouts, manuals, exercises, email tips and quick reference guides) on existing core applications, and new product rollouts.
  • Design, prepare and develop content for Learning management system

CONDUCT AND EVALUATE TRAINING

  • Responsible for scheduling training sessions.
  • Provide Firm-wide technical training in accordance with the needs of the Firm.
  • Schedule and train new hires, employees and customers on the Microsoft O365 software and how use cases may be implemented.
  • Conduct specialized training workshops to raise technical proficiency of Gig workers

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in any Discipline
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in a O365 training.
  • Support delivery experience in O365 preferred
  • Possess effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with all levels of personnel.
  • Must effectively communicate with all levels of personnel, have excellent attention to detail, and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and ability to strategize, and multi-task, required.
  • Possess an exemplary customer service mindset, be highly motivated, and enjoy a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • An ownership mentality, a commitment to proactive communication and exceptional follow-through skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Ability to convey ideas both verbally and in written form, work independently, and prioritize job responsibilities.
  • Available and able to travel.
