Job Brief

Location: Remote-Full time

Contract Duration: 40 Days, Possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

• Develop/process the file generation
• Process the accounting entry file from TMS (Treasury management system) to Peoplesoft financials. (Incoming to Peoplesoft)
• Generate the reconciliation file from Peoplesoft financials to be interfaced with TMS. (Outgoing from Peoplesoft)
• Support the finalization of the format of the files to be loaded to TMS and file to be extracted from Peoplesoft.
• Build the logic to pick the files (that comes from TMS) from the designated folders in Peoplesoft financials.
• Build the logic to drop the files (that will go to TMS) to the designated folders in Peoplesoft financials.
• Support ICC for the SFTP/cronjob testing.
• Create application engine to process the content of the accounting file from TMS to load to Peoplesoft GL accounting tables.
• Create application engine to extract the trial balance (for reconciliation purpose) and related information to the file to be interfaced with TMS.
• Custom page to show this information in Peoplesoft (accounting information).
• Execute/provide support for the integration testing and acceptance testing.
• Perform fixes of the bugs encountered during the UAT.
• Prepare projects and accompanying documentation for the PeopleSoft support team to migrate project to production.

Requirements:

• At least 10-year experience of working with the listed modules in PeopleSoft Financials
• Highly skilled knowledge of People Tools 8.5x
• Highly skilled knowledge of People Code, including application packages and workflow.
• Strong demonstrable knowledge of problem-solving technical issues and supporting a non- technical user group.
• Strong demonstrable knowledge of developing technical solutions for listed modules in PeopleSoft Financials
• Experience of approval workflow creating new complex workflows
• Experience of designing integration broker messages and component interfaces and other integration methods including preferably solution design for integration with Cloud SaaS solutions
• Some knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.X
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English essential.
