What's the purpose of the role?
The purpose of this role is to lead digital marketing initiatives and drive exceptional results for clients. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies across multiple platforms, playing a crucial role within a dynamic, fully remote agency team.
What will I be doing?
Campaign Strategy and Management
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns
- Work across multiple platforms: search engines, social media, display advertising, and programmatic media
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align campaign strategies with client goals
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance continuously
- Make data-driven adjustments to optimize results and maximize ROI
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and measure KPIs
- Work with internal Analytics Teams to build performance reports
- Deliver regular, detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Highlight insights and actionable recommendations for improvement
Budget Management
- Manage campaign budgets across multiple clients
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources for best possible outcomes
- Monitor spend and adjust strategies to stay within budget
Innovation and Trend Analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to keep clients ahead of the competition
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, content, and technical teams
- Ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment
What are my deliverables?
- Comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across all relevant platforms.
- Regular, detailed performance reports with KPIs and insights.
- Data-driven optimization recommendations for ongoing campaigns.
- Budget tracking and spend reports per client.
- Innovative strategies aligned to each client's objectives.
- Mentorship and guidance for junior team members
What experience do I need to succeed?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong focus on biddable media: PPC, display, and programmatic.
- Proven track record managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable, data-driven results.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Background working independently in a fully remote environment.
What skills do I need to succeed?
- Proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Experience managing Facebook Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (a plus).
- Experience with Asana for project management (highly preferred)
- Strong ability to interpret and act on campaign data
- Experience tracking and reporting on KPIs
- Ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong presentation skills for client-facing reporting.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
