What’s the purpose of the role?
The Social Media Manager will lead the execution, creative direction, and day-to-day management of social media campaigns for premium beauty and lifestyle brands. This role is responsible for building engaging social strategies, overseeing content development, managing client communication, and ensuring high-quality brand storytelling across all social platforms.
What will I be doing?
- Managing day-to-day social media execution across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and additional platforms.
- Building and managing monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategy and seasonal moments.
- Leading content development across static assets, reels, stories, creator content, and AI-assisted concepts.
- Writing engaging, on-brand captions and overseeing content performance optimization.
- Collaborating with Creative, Influencer, Paid Media, and Account teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Managing timelines, approvals, deliverables, and content workflows across multiple accounts.
- Acting as a primary client-facing contact for approvals, updates, presentations, and strategy discussions.
- Supporting reporting, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Mentoring junior team members and helping elevate creative quality and operational excellence.
- Staying ahead of platform trends, content formats, and AI-driven tools to improve workflow and innovation

What experience do I need to succeed?
- Strong agency background working with premium beauty brands in the US market.
- 4+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
- 4+ years of Account Management and client-facing experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in fast-paced agency environments.
- Experience leading content strategy, campaign execution, and social performance reporting.
- Strong background collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Influencer, and Paid Media teams.
- Previous experience mentoring junior profiles or coordinators.
- 4+ years of Experience working with beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or fashion brands.
- 2+ years of experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or Notion AI.
What skills do I need to succeed?
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across social content formats.
- Strong creative eye with understanding of premium beauty aesthetics and branding.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and performance insights.
- Leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to support junior team members.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong English-speaking proficiency
