What's the purpose of the role?
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage end-to-end content production workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with creative and brand objectives. This role acts as the operational lead, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and driving efficient execution across all stages of content production.
What will I be doing?
- Building responsive, high-quality WordPress websites using the Avada theme.
- Managing end-to-end project execution for social and content production initiatives.
- Overseeing production timelines, workflows, calendars, and deliverables across multiple content streams.
- Managing high-volume video production schedules and ensuring projects remain on track.
- Building and maintaining tasks, trackers, and workflows in Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
- Tracking project scope, revisions, deliverables, and hours to ensure efficiency and budget alignment.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and managing communication, approvals, and expectations.
- Leading client status meetings and internal team syncs.
- Gathering and communicating client feedback to internal creative and production teams.
- Collaborating on scripts, creative outlines, and production planning.
- Coordinating creators, shoot logistics, production schedules, and deliverables.
- Preparing shoot briefs, run-of-show documents, and production guidelines.
- Partnering with editors and designers to manage post-production timelines and revisions.
- Organizing and tracking creative assets, footage, and final deliverables.
- Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and workflow issues proactively.
- Managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and speed.
- Supporting reporting and performance tracking related to deliverables and project scope.

What experience do I need to succeed?
- 3+ years of project management experience within agency, social media, or content production environments.
- Experience managing high-volume, multi-workstream content programs.
- Strong understanding of short-form video production and social-first content.
- Proven experience managing projects from planning through final delivery.
- Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including clients, creators, editors, and designers.
- Experience tracking scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Familiarity with beauty, skincare, haircare, or cosmetics content is preferred.
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
