ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Semi Senior Recruiter to join the Ghost Sherpa team — someone ready to collaborate in our recruitment processes, supporting sourcing, screening, and candidate management with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment and hiring.
• Advanced / bilingual English (spoken and written) — required.
• Experience with ATS management (Manatal is a plus).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
• Experience recruiting Marketing and creative profiles.
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven profile
