What's the purpose of the role?
The purpose of this role is to create high-impact, social-first CGI and video content designed to capture attention, improve engagement, and drive performance across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and paid social channels. The role combines motion design, CGI, storytelling, and editing to produce visually compelling content optimized for modern social media behavior.
What will I be doing?
- Designing CGI visuals and motion-driven scenes for social-first campaigns.
- Creating surreal, hyper-real, and visually engaging product moments.
- Editing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid ads.
- Transforming lo-fi creator footage and premium assets into social-native edits.
- Adding motion graphics, captions, overlays, sound effects, and hooks to improve engagement.
- Building motion-first assets optimized for retention, pacing, and loopability.
- Translating creative briefs into high-performing video concepts.
- Collaborating with strategists, editors, and paid media teams.
- Rapidly prototyping creative concepts for campaigns and pitches.
- Optimizing videos for platform performance, including hooks, pacing, CTAs, and retention.
- Experimenting with creative approaches while maintaining strong visual quality and brand alignment.

What experience do I need to succeed?
- 4–8+ years of experience in CGI, motion design, or video editing.
- Strong experience creating short-form social video content.
- Proven experience editing both lo-fi creator content and premium footage.
- Experience working with TikTok, Reels, and paid social creative.
- Familiarity with tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal, Houdini, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Experience integrating AI tools and workflows into creative production.
- Understanding of performance creative and paid media requirements.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or CPG industries is a plus.
What skills do I need to succeed?
- Strong English-speaking proficiency.
- Strong motion design and video editing skills.
- Excellent understanding of social-first storytelling and editing language.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram content trends.
