We're seeking a talented Social Media Strategist to join our team! You'll be the architect behind our clients' social media success developing winning strategies, crafting engaging content, and analyzing data to maximize growth.

What youll do as Social Media Strategist:

  • Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies aligned with client goals, maximizing reach, engagement, follower growth, and website traffic.
  • Plan and manage impactful client social media campaigns, encompassing goal setting, creative direction, performance monitoring, and optimization.
  • Craft and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences and drives key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.
  • Stay at the forefront of social media trends, best practices, and technologies, ensuring strategies are current and effective.
  • Work seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team (strategists, copywriters, designers) to produce winning social media campaigns.
  • Guide and support community management activities to foster positive and productive client social media communities.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to enhance the client journey, providing educational support and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyze performance data and implement strategies to achieve or exceed client goals, securing client renewals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and strategy, preferably within a digital agency environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns for D2C brands on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a knack for storytelling through social content.
  • Ability to think creatively, develop innovative content ideas, and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Data analysis proficiency with experience in social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • A passion for social media and a genuine interest in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficient in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and a plus for experience with design tools (e.g., Canva).
