What's the purpose of the role?

The Social Coordinator supports the execution and daily management of social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms. This role ensures content is published accurately and on time while supporting community engagement, content coordination, and overall social media operations for premium beauty and lifestyle brands.


What will I be doing?

  • Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
  • Managing and updating social media calendars using tools like Monday, Later, or similar platforms.
  • Monitoring comments, DMs, tagged content, and community engagement daily.
  • Responding to followers and community interactions in the brand's tone of voice.
  • Coordinating with Creative, Influencer, and Social teams to ensure content readiness and timely delivery.
  • Assisting with asset organization, uploads, and content QA before publishing.
  • Tracking social performance metrics including engagement, growth, and top-performing posts.
  • Staying updated on TikTok and Instagram trends, viral formats, and emerging content opportunities.
  • Supporting reactive and real-time social media content initiatives.

What experience do I need to succeed?

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or digital content roles.
  • 2+ years of experience working in agency environments and with premium beauty or lifestyle brands.
  • 2+ years of experience managing Instagram and TikTok content execution and community management.
  • 2+ years of experience with social media scheduling and reporting tools such as Monday, Later, Sprout, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and creator-driven content
