    What's the purpose of the role?

    The purpose of this role is to develop, manage, and scale high-performing paid media campaigns across social platforms while driving profitable growth. This role combines performance marketing, creative strategy, and data analysis to improve campaign efficiency, optimize results, and support overall brand growth.

    What will I be doing?

    • Planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
    • Building full-funnel campaign strategies from awareness to retention.
    • Developing structured creative testing frameworks and optimization plans.
    • Managing budget pacing and allocation across multiple accounts.
    • Monitoring campaign performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CAC, CTR, and retention indicators.
    • Identifying performance trends and making data-driven optimization decisions.
    • Conducting audience, offer, and landing page testing.
    • Implementing retargeting and retention strategies to improve campaign performance.
    • Collaborating with creative teams to align ad creatives with performance insights.
    • Providing creative feedback based on campaign data and testing results.
    • Delivering weekly performance updates and actionable insights.
    • Supporting client conversations with clear reporting and scaling recommendations.
    • Managing multiple brands and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

    What experience do I need to succeed?

    • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
    • Agency experience is strongly preferred.
    • Experience managing monthly ad budgets between $50K–$500K+.
    • Strong experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads platforms.
    • Experience scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands profitably.
    • Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
    • Familiarity with attribution and analytics tools such as Triple Whale or Northbeam is a plus.
    • Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing collaboration, or retail/CPG brands is a plus.
