What’s the purpose of the role?
You'll be the operational engine behind our influencer marketing campaigns, owning end-to-end coordinator execution across multiple brand accounts simultaneously. This role exists to ensure every influencer partnership we build is strategic, on-brand, and delivers measurable results — not just content. You'll be a key player in a female-led creative agency that works with brands across beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, and healthcare, serving clients primarily in the US market. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who has been here before, knows the pace, and can hit the ground running from day one.
What will I be doing?
- Leading influencer campaign coordination across multiple concurrent brand accounts — from initial outreach strategy through final deliverable sign-off.
- Managing full influencer lifecycles: discovery, vetting, contracting, briefing, content review, posting, and performance tracking.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for influencers and internal brand teams, maintaining professional, client-facing communication standards at all times.
- Overseeing content compliance, ensuring every asset meets brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform best practices.
- Supporting client reporting, translating campaign data into clear, actionable insights that demonstrate ROI.
- Collaborating directly with account and strategy leads to align influencer execution with broader brand objectives.
What are my deliverables?
- Timely execution of influencer campaigns — on brief, on time, on budget.
- Weekly and campaign-end performance reports with KPI analysis (engagement rate, reach, impressions, EMV, conversions).
- Maintained and updated influencer databases, rosters, and relationship records.
- Accurate contracts, usage rights documentation, and payment tracking for all talent.
- Content calendars and deliverable trackers updated in real time across all active campaigns.
- Client-ready recaps and post-campaign reports prepared with minimal supervision.
What experience do I need to succeed?
- 3+ years working within an agency environment managing influencer campaigns for external clients — you understand client expectations, timelines, and the accountability that comes with it.
- Proven track record managing campaigns in beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and/or healthcare industries in the US market — you know the landscape, the platforms, the creators, and the compliance nuances
- Direct experience managing client-facing relationships, including status calls, reporting presentations, and expectation management
- Hands-on experience with the full campaign workflow: briefing, contracting, content review, approvals, posting coordination, and performance analysis
- A portfolio or track record of campaigns you can speak to in detail — we will ask.
- 3+ years of experience with influencer platforms and social media tools (e.g., AspireIQ, Grin, Later, or similar).
- Knowledge of current social media trends and creator culture.
What skills do I need to succeed?
- Deep platform fluency: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest — you know how each algorithm works and what good content looks like on each.
- Proficiency with influencer marketing tools: experience with platforms such as AspireIQ, Grin, Creator.co, Traackr, or similar is required.
- Strong analytical skills: you can pull data, interpret it, and turn it into a clear story for a client.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication: you write polished briefs, professional emails, and compelling recaps.
- Highly organized and systems-driven: you build trackers, you maintain them, and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Client-facing confidence: you're comfortable on calls, proactive in communication, and know how to manage up and across.
- Understanding of FTC guidelines and influencer disclosure requirements in the US market.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously without losing attention to detail
- Strong English-speaking proficiency
