ABOUT THE ROLE

This fully remote digital marketing agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic media. You'll partner with the Associate Director of Biddable Media, use data to drive ROI, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ideal for someone analytical, trend-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple accounts remotely.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on biddable media (PPC, display, programmatic)
• Proven track record managing successful campaigns and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for clients and stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment; Asana experience is a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends; experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a bonus.
