GetSet Software is delighted to have been engaged by this esteemed and highly successful company, recognized as a cutting-edge digital service provider with expertise in Digital Engineering, Operations, and Studio Services, to assist in the recruitment for Technical Support (Level 1 & 2) roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for English presale inquiries through chat, phone, and email.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify service-related needs and offer the most suitable solutions, ensuring world-class customer service.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic troubleshooting issues.
  • Offer solutions and resources for resolving customer concerns.
  • Engage with customers via phone, providing status updates and ensuring service restoration.
  • Escalate relevant technical issues to higher-level technical support when necessary.
  • Upsell additional services and make recommendations based on customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of technical support experience and 6 months of upselling/sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge or background in Networking.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a high level of understanding in relevant technologies, including home and small to medium-sized business networking technologies such as switches, routers, WiFi, and IoT devices, among others.
  • Understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DSL, DHCP, and QoS.
  • Knowledge of various Networking and Internet Protocols.
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting using different commands like IP Config and MSconfig.
  • Familiarity with different types of Network Topologies and Setups
