We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to work with our partner, a software consulting company in the Netherlands, whose client base includes companies like Phillips, Heineken, Sky, ASML, Shell, kpn, and many more leading companies. 

We are continuous looking for experienced and qualified engineering and tech talent and our client is prepared to sponsor relocation, visa and work permit for selected applicants. 

For the right applicant this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with software consulting in the EU market working with top tier clients within an international team and work environment.

Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Building, deploying and maintaining Angular applications within Azure.
  • Coaching junior developers to craft the solution so its meets the requirements and design.
  • Optimizing developer tooling 
  • Challenging business requirements.
  • Being an expert on JavaScript and front end frameworks and collaborating with developers, business partners, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of systems. 
  • Contributing to the organizations norms and coding standards, software design best practices, security and architecture strategy.

Qualifications and personal characteristics

  • University of Higher Education degree in information technology, mathematics, engineering or related subjects (or comparable training).
  • Angular (version 9+)
  • SCSS
  • HTML5
  • TypeScript
  • RxJS state management and observable streams
  • NX, mono-repo architecture, shared code, code generation
  • Storybookjs
  • Unit testing (jest) & UI testing (cypress)
  • CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
  • Git & Gitflow
  • Advanced proficiency in the English Language (at least B2 in speaking, writing, listening, and reading)
