What You'll Be Doing ?

• Coaching franchises in areas that affect the efficiency of yield warehouses and field operations.
• Ensuring that the standards determined by the center are established in the warehouses.
• To follow and meet the needs of dealers and warehouses for the complete operation of the operation.

What You'll Bring ?

• To be at least a bachelor's degree.
• Preferably to have a dealer management experience in at least one of the E-Commerce, FMCG, Retail or Food sectors for minimum 3 years.
• To be able to take fast action and produce permanent and technological solutions in dynamic business conditions.
• To be able to manage processes with numbers in order to increase efficiency.
• Being able to adapt to the busy work schedule and being open to out-of-town travel when necessary.
• Preferably to have blue collar personnel management experience.
• To have a command of MS-Office programs.
