 What you'll bring 

  • At least 1-2 years of experience
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced level of MS Office programs
  • Prior experience in software support roles is a plus
  • You do not like monotony, the shift system should be yours
  • Equivalent technical training & experience in client relations
  • Basic working knowledge of business operations
  • Provide software support to internal and external users regarding the resolution of production issues, processes, and procedures; respond promptly and professionally; analyze impact and scope to determine Level 1 issue resolution
  • Document and share the results to internal and external users
    Basic use of Knowledge Management database
  • Maintains a high level of energy, enthusiasm, engagement and commitment to action
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Act with integrity and demonstrates ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders
  • Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Support engineers monitor every channel and releated systems regularly (i.e. within the 5 minutes they receive a notification)
