What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of design experience ( with preferably 6 years in an agency)

• Bachelors or a higher degree in Visual Communications/Advertising Design/Graphic Design.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity, self-prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Mastery of the principles of design, colour theory, typography and graphics file creation optimised for digital media & mobile applications.
• Exceptional skills using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud
• Advanced capabilities in Motion Design, Lottie, Icon Creation, Micro Interactions & Illustration
• A remarkable portfolio that demonstrates excellence in craft as the level desired for the application

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating a design guide or design template.
• Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements and scale that had measurable impact, with proven examples of design problem-solving, impacting team or program business goals.
• Previous work experience in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated experience of having high adaptability
