Supplier Strategy&Growth Manager

In this role, You'll drive supplier strategies, collaborate across teams, and unlock growth opportunities with a 360-degree approach.

What You'll Do:

• Define supplier-specific strategies and growth targets, proactively identifying opportunities to amplify successes or flagging bottlenecks,
• Leverage supplier-specific analyses alongside market analysis and researches, actively integrating these insights to shape supplier strategies.
• Work closely with category management, demand planning, commercial strategy, and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute ideas that fuel supplier growth,
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, and take actionable steps to optimize results,
• Act as the go-to person for all things supplier-related, bridging gaps and driving continuous improvement,

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in supplier and client process management, with a plus for FMCG background,
• 7 - 9 + years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a talent for developing and executing growth strategies,
• A collaborative team player who thrives on working cross-functionally with diverse teams,
• Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven, with a problem-solving mindset,
