Being a superhero has its downsides too, you know... This is why we are hiring for our already-awesome Marketing team with the desire that we make it even more awesome. So that we can fight the enemies and get you that ice cream you crave for!

What youll do:

  • Creating and maintaining partnership projects; developing new campaign ideas based on partners & our needs, executing the campaign creative idea before and during the launch; preparing post analysis for the related topics.
  • Execute JBP thru selected communication channels (digital, social media, in app, notification, emailing..), measure each channel's impact and help maximizing the performance.
  • Analyzing KPIs before and after launch within the partnership concept projects: defines the KPIs, makes the required comparisons and finalizes the results.
  • Be able to see the Big picture: creates communication and commercial calendars while keeping business needs in priority in relation with the multiple partners. Prioritize GetirYemek's performance in collaboration with the partner.
  • Keep up with marketing trends, position GetirYemek to stand out and always be a couple of steps ahead of everybody else.
  • Execute Marketplace promotional communication through our frequently used channels (notifications, e-mailing, etc.) by collaborating with the rest of the marketing team.
  • Monitor Marketplace performance in its primary target group, adjusting marketing activities based on always up-to-date data and performance results.

What you need:

  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in partnership management, segment marketing management and other relevant marketing role.
  • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economy related fields.
  • Love data! :)
  • Do not bring us your former company, bring us yourself. Experience is valuable, but you are more valuable.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with consumer-facing brands.
  • Holistic approach towards the business dynamics and willingness to take ownership.
  • Analyze first, act second mindset.
  • A personality that rejects and questions established practices.
  • Strong communication and influence skills. We mean it.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic and chaotic startup environment.
  • Think about the customer first.
