What You'll Do?

• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to scale GetirWater
• Utilize both conventional and unconventional methods for growth, managing growth projects from inception to maturity.
• Optimize the customer journey using retention and engagement tools.
• Manage campaigns with a focus on developing better campaigns.
• Plan marketing strategies while working hands-on with analytics and KPIs.
• Optimize various marketing channels to improve conversion rates, acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
• Lead/drive the development (and execution!) of marketing communications (from ATL to digital & social media), providing leadership for deliverables such as creative content and media planning & execution.
• Create, maintain, and ensure consistent execution of brand guidelines across all channels.
• Lead collaborate with tech, product, and design teams to manage our owned communication channels such as social media, email, and the app.
• Stay ahead of market trends to develop strategies that differentiate GetirWater.
• Monitor performance in our target audience and adjust marketing activities based on current data and results.

What You'll Bring?
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, CRM/segment marketing, consultancy, or strategic planning roles.
- A genuine passion for all things growth whether its growing a brand, a market, or just noticing the world around you getting bigger.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills you believe in analyze first, act second.
- Solid understanding of growth hacking techniques and a curiosity to try new approaches to drive results.
- A structured working style that thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
- Enthusiasm for working in an imperfect dynamic startup environment.
