What Youll Be Doing

• Recruit, train, and retain top engineering talent, fostering a high-performance and engaging work environment.
• Self-sufficiently lead the software development lifecycle: technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Mentor and empower your team, creating a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and efficiency.
• Ensure technical and architectural decisions align with scalability, reliability, and performance needs.
