What You'll Do:

• Recognize and seize growth opportunities in business and customer base of Getir Market
• Find and define growth corridors and opportunities on customer, order, and revenue growth, efficiency, and profitability
• Be confident in working with financials and creating monthly and yearly business strategy plans with an excellent analytical perspective to drive the growth of GetirMarket
• Know your customer and define the best strategies for optimizing customer journey
• Optimize campaign strategies and marketing channels to improve customer retention, , acquisition costs and customer lifetime value
• Closely keep track of competition & always keep an eye on our daily growth strategies
• Work hands-on with analytics & data to understand customer behavior and campaign performances to discover opportunities and overcome major challenges
• Work closely with GetirMarkets Data, Digital, Marketing, Commercial, and FP&A teams and create two-ways communication across functions
• Take growth-related projects from infancy to adulthood

Qualities we are looking for

• Bachelors or Masters Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in growth strategy, management consultancy, strategic planning, analytics,or marketing preferably in digital ecosystems
• Hands on experience in data analysis & modelling
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in an imperfect dynamic startup environment
• Ability to think out of the box to come up with creative solutions
• A personality that rejects and questions established practices
• Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Critical thinker with an Analyze first, act second mindset
• A can-do, will-do attitude with strong sense of ownership
• Results-driven and delivery-focused approach
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
