We are seeking a creative and strategic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager to elevate our employer brand and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop engaging employer branding initiatives, attract top-tier talent, and position our company as an employer of choice.

What You'll do?

  • Spearhead the creation and implementation of recruitment and EVP strategies.
  • Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to fully grasp current and future hiring requirements.
  • Enhance the candidate experience and optimize the efficiency and speed of the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment and employer branding KPIs, regularly reporting on hiring progress and overall effectiveness.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various tools and techniques.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to increase awareness and attract top talent.
  • Produce engaging content and initiatives (like social media posts, videos, and employee testimonials) that showcase our company's culture, values, and benefits across multiple platforms.
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent internal and external messaging.
  • Oversee and enhance our company's presence on external platforms.

What you'll bring?
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in employer branding.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions.

  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms, analytics and recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, interpersonal, and project management skills with metric driven approach.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to build engaging content and initiatives.

  • Understanding of HR trends, best practices, and market dynamics.
