What You'll Be Doing?

• Contribute to the development (and execution!) of marketing communications (from ATL to digital & social media) and partnership business plans.
• Analyze the customer funnel from app opens to loyalty, define growth areas and develop projects and promotional campaign mechanisms.
• Execute these projects and promotional campaign mechanisms into reality, monitor their performances and iterate if necessary.
• Support the growth team as they reach the business goals
• Execute Getirs promotional communication through our often-used channels (notifications, e-mailing, etc.) by collaborating with rest of the marketing team
• Ensure all creative deliverables align with key marketing initiatives, meet campaign goals, and remain consistent across digital platforms.

What You'll Bring?

• Recent grad with maximum of two years experience (preferred)
• Proactive and initiative taker
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Project management skills are must
• Having creative perspective
• Deal with the paradox that not all your initiatives might be met positively
• good command of English
