What You'll do?:
- Manage and monitor quality process of warehouses and take/follow up corrective actions if needed
- Develops and delivers effective communications that provide partners at all levels with appropriate awareness and knowledge of quality assurance standards, program updates and process changes
- Perform audits and control in warehouses
- Define and update the specific quality procedures, instruction and tools which are directly related to their area of concern.
- Report, analyze KPI´s in terms of quality issue.
- Provide training to field staff as necessary to improve quality and food safety knowledge
- Follow customer feedbacks related to food safety and quality about stores and to report and evaluate on monthly basis
- Ensure the control, monitoring, reporting, improvement and continuous development of all processes carried out in line with quality principles, from the stage of acceptance to the end consumer,
- Ensure the monitoring and control of goods acceptance, storage, stock control, goods collection and shipment processes in accordance with quality process in terms of product safety,
- Follow the applications related to cold chain in the warehouses
- Track cleaning plans for warehouses and coordinate trainings for employees
- Take an active role in the continious improvement of the quality process.
- Perform other quality related duties
- Take a proactive approach and ensure communication and coordination in order to effectively carry out internal processes regarding all warehouses, stores and units within the company,
- Communicate quality issues and solutions across departments
- Stay current with food safety regulations and industry trends
Qualifications
University degree in Food Engineering or related department
Min 5 years experience in quality department, preferably in retail sector
Quickly adapting Getirs business activities and working methods
Good command of MS Office applications, advanced level of Excel
Proficiency in English
Being store and customer focused
Dynamic and systematic working
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to travel, driving license required
