Corporate Strategy Professionals will play a key role in supporting Getirs strategic transaction activities, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions. The role will work closely with C-level executives, cross-functional internal teams, and external advisors throughout the full M&A lifecycle, while also supporting investor communications and post-merger integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

• Lead end-to-end M&A processes, including target screening, valuation, deal structuring, and execution.
• Coordinate and manage due diligence in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors.
• Act as a key liaison between Getirs leadership team and investment banks during acquisition or divestment processes.

Post-Merger Integration (PMI)

• Own and manage post-merger integration planning and execution.
• Ensure alignment across strategy, operations, financials, and governance.

Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a key point of contact for shareholders and investors on strategic and performance-related topics.
• Support ad-hoc investor requests, data analyses, and capital-related initiatives in coordination with relevant teams.

Qualifications & Profile

• Up to 8 years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with C-level executives and investors.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with a strong ownership mindset.
