What You'll Be Doing?
- Identify and seize new growth opportunities across our business and customer base
- Define and develop growth corridors focused on customer acquisition, frequency, order volume, revenue, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to the creation of monthly and yearly business strategy plans with a strong analytical mindset
- Work with P&L data to identify opportunities that improve GetirFood's profitability
- Understand customer behavior and design the best strategies for their journey
- Optimize campaigns and marketing channels to enhance customer retention, app traffic, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and lifetime value
- Monitor competition and proactively adapt daily growth strategies
- Manage campaigns while continuously thinking of better, more effective approaches
- Use analytics and data to uncover insights, opportunities, and key challenges
- Collaborate closely with GetirFood's Data, Marketing, and Digital teams, ensuring strong two-way communication
- Take ownership of growth-related projects from inception to full maturity
- Think beyond conventional boundaries when finding solutions
- Leverage both traditional and unconventional growth methods
What You'll Bring?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of experience in growth, management consulting, strategic planning, CRM, or marketing ideally within digital ecosystems
- A self-motivated, adaptable, and curious mindset, thriving in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- A critical thinker who challenges the status quo and asks ''why not?''
- A passion for taking ideas from concept to execution
- Understanding of growth hacking principles and tools
- A results-driven and delivery-focused attitude
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English
- A can-do, will-do mindset that embraces challenges
