Senior Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Geodata Systems Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Senior Consultant who shall contribute to the achievement of the departments goals, objectives, and KPIs; manage projects; act as Advisor for Advantage Programs; support and serve as senior consultant for Business Development activities; and help and assist the PSD Director and Deputy Director in fulfilling the Departments duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals with proposed solutions, approach, and professional services based on client requirements. 
• Prepare timeline, manhours, and computes cost of services based on clients requirements and budget. 
• Understand and analyze business requirements of customers and proposes suitable solution, approach, and services to meet requirements. 
• Conduct presentations/demos and meets with customers and/or Sales team to demonstrate capabilities of ArcGIS and support pre-sales activities.
• Formulate Solution Architecture based on client requirements and constraints
• Manage project implementations. 
• Act as Adviser for GSAP customers and manage/monitor credits, scope, and services within the program. 
• Formulate ArcGIS System Design and Architecture based on client requirements, non-functional requirements, and constraints.
• Understand clients vision, mission, goals and objectives, workflows, business requirements and pain points, and provide recommendations on how GIS or location-based solutions can help achieve their goals, improve operations, and resolve business problems. 
• Recommend relevant strategies, solutions, and architectures based on customer requirements. 
• Design and create packaged services that can be offered to multiple customers.

Qualifications

• College Graduate preferably in the areas of Earth Science, Geography, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, and related courses
• At least 5 years of experience in GIS/Mapping projects or engagements 
• With experience in managing or leading GIS projects 
• Knowledgeable in ArcGIS
