Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead an agile team of developers, QAs and cloud architects designing clinical data solutions
  • Prior experience in building solutions for Epic EMR clinical data access and integrations
  • Leverage expertise in patient health data from HL7, FHIR and other clinical interoperability platforms
  • Foster a culture focused on delivering high quality and complex clinical analytics solutions
  • Hands-on technical leadership in solution architecture, design and delivery leveraging Angular and NodeJS
  • Grow team capabilities aligned to the latest clinical data compliance, privacy and web technology skills
  • Understands the projects under their purview and can identify resource risk, skillset risk, and work with delivery leadership on hiring plans.
  • Ability to understand technical architectures and ensure quality excellence based on the guidelines provided by CTO office

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of technology leadership experience including successfully managing high-performing clinical system teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in clinical healthcare projects using HL7, FHIR and SMART on FHIR integrations
  • Direct hands-on expertise in creating applications and solutions using Epic EMR capabilities
  • End-to-end solution lifecycle implementation skills using modern web technologies like Angular, NodeJS
  • Passion for staying atop of latest technology advancements in the clinical healthcare space
  • Provide technical leadership to the developers and QA engineers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and reporting.
