Job Description:
We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our client base and build strong relationships with students, schools, and universities. The BDM will develop and execute strategies to increase awareness and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract new clients

• Attend educational fairs, seminars, and exhibitions

• Maintain relationships with educational institutions

• Prepare and present business proposals and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education consultancy industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
