About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong expertise in design, content creation, and social media management, paired with the analytical mindset needed to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Create and oversee engaging content strategies including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.

Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.

Collaborate with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.) to produce eye-catching creatives, graphics, and marketing collateral.

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) while monitoring performance and ROI.

Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and conversion rate improvement.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).

Proven experience (35 years) in digital marketing with expertise in content writing, design, and social media management.

Strong design skills with proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.

Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for various platforms.

Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).

Strong organizational, project management, and leadership abilities.
