Role Overview

The Manager Procurement will lead sourcing and purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials. The role focuses on vendor management, strong knowledge of the Sialkot market, and effective use of ERP systems to support supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Identify reliable vendors within the Sialkot market

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement issues

• Ensure accurate procurement records and reporting through ERP systems
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for material planning

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management

• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

• Hands-on experience working with the Sialkot supplier market

• Proficiency in ERP systems for procurement and inventory tracking

• Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
