Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Visa Consultancy Business. The role involves setting business strategies, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a track record of managing consultancy or service-oriented businesses, and the ability to achieve organizational goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery

Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue, expand client base, and improve service quality

Lead, guide, and supervise teams including sales, customer support, and operations to achieve performance targets

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements specific to visa consultancy

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports for management review

Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and key clients for ongoing support and collaboration

Introduce process improvements to increase operational efficiency and client satisfaction

Handle escalated client concerns and ensure high standards of service delivery

Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance productivity and professional growth
Requirements

Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Minimum 7 years of managerial experience (preferably in consultancy or business services sector)

Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Proven problem-solving ability with effective decision-making under pressure

Strong understanding of business operations, sales processes, and customer service

Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office
